Delete your Fero Axis account

What happens when you ask

• Your request is recorded and sent to the restaurant that holds your account.
• We contact you on the details below to confirm it really is you before anything is deleted.
• Once confirmed, your login and personal details — your name, phone number, email, and for riders your stored location history — are removed.
• Completed orders and the money records attached to them are kept. They are the restaurant's financial and tax records, and they are kept with your personal details removed from them.

If you are a cashier, waiter or rider, your account was created for you by the restaurant you work for. You can ask here, and you can also ask the restaurant's owner directly — they can remove it from inside the app.
